Immerse yourself in the fascinating and colorful Basque culture that is so much an integral part of Idaho and the world. A certificate in Basque Studies will be given by Boise State University upon completion of the equivalent of any combination of 10 units. These units do not count as university credits. BASQUE LANGUAGE COURSES:
BASQUE 101 Days: M-W-Th-F Time: 9:40 - 10:30 am BSU Main Campus Instructor: Nere Lete Taught in: Basque Credit: 4 Description: Students will develop language competency in a variety of situations and contexts appropriate to the stage of elementary language acquisition. BASQUE 201 Days: M-W-F Time: 8:40 - 9:30 am BSU Campus Taught in: Basque Instructor: Nere Lete Credit: 3 Description: Students will develop language competency in a variety of situations and contexts appropriate to the stage of intermediate language acquisition.
BASQUE 203 Day: TH 5:40-6:30 pm Basque Museum and Cultural Center Taught in: Basque Instructor: Nere Lete Credit: 1 Description: This practical course will offer students a chance to discuss a variety of topics in Basque.
